Peony Foxtrot

Peony 'Fox Trot'

Description

Paeonia lactiflora 'Fox Trot'. An excellent low growing variety with magenta pink flowers. Each large flower consists of a double row of petals enclosing a small centre of yellow stamens and pink tipped stigma.

Multiple side buds extend the flowering season of this floriferous and cute peony. The stems have a reddish tinge and enhance the balanced proportions of flower and foliage. Large seed pods appear in summer, which can be left on a mature plant.

Registered in 2000.
