Peony 'Rosedale'

Description

Paeonia herbaceous hybride 'Rosedale'. A very cheerful peony that will brighten up the border in early spring. Maroon shoots are followed by vibrant green foliage, topped by a profusion of crimson cup-shaped flowers. These softly scented flowers do not need staking and sit in perfect harmony above the foliage. The roots show their officinalis heritage and are loosely connected.

Registered in 1936.
