Paeonia lactiflora 'Prairie Star'. The medium sized flowers are composed of milky white outer petals enclosing a soft golden fluffy centre. Multiple side buds ensure a profusion of flowers and embellish this sturdy, vigorous variety. This variety will grow into a broad bush and is not only a star of the prairie, but is certainly worthy of a place in any garden.
