Peony Old Faithful

Peony Old Faithful

Description

Paeonia 'Old Faithful'. Beautiful full red buds herald an unprecedented flower.  The velvety petals are large, deep red and intricately woven. Sturdy stems covered in glossy dark green foliage complement the above. It is a quadruple hybrid and its parentage is unknown, but it is certainly a gem for any garden.

If you really have to, it can also be cut for a for a sumptuous floral display. This peony is as dependable and beautiful as its natural namesake the Old Faithful geyser in Yellow Stone National Park.

The 3-year-old roots, fresh from our fields, boldly show the promise they hold. This is reflected in the awards we have received from judges at garden shows just by admiring its beautiful roots.
