Description

Paeonia lactiflora 'Amalia Olson'. Pure white lush petals form a magnificent double flower with an occasional small red spot on the outside of the petals. On a warm day in a cool spring, the flowers can show a pink blush.

A lovely cut flower and a valuable landscape peony. Lovely fragrance. A vigorous double peony that needs no extra support. Healthy dark green foliage. Named after Mr Olson's mother.

American Peony Society Gold Medal 2011.
