Peony 'Scarlet O'Hara'

Peony 'Scarlet O'Hara'

Description

'Scarlet O'Hara' is a herbaceous peony hybrid. It has large, round, scarlet-red petals surrounding a centre of many stamens. This single, cup-shaped flower gradually changes from red to pink. Its long, sturdy stems, large flower buds and deeply cut foliage make this peony a good choice for landscaping as well as for cutting.

Registered by Falk in 1956 with the "American Peony Society"
