Description

Paeonia officinalis 'Rosea Plena' or Paeonia × festiva 'Rosea Plena'. It has large, pink, bomb-style flowers. The colour fades slightly. Its botanical ancestors originate from the mountains of southern and central Europe. It is the pink variety of the officinalis family and blooms slightly later than P. 'Rubra Plena'.It has long been a popular feature of farmyard and monastery gardens, and is beautiful in an heirloom garden bouquet.
