Description
Paeonia herbaceous hybrid 'Pageant' is bold, audacious and one of the earliest to really kick off the peony season. Its soft pink petals with cherry red veins surround a striking heart of golden stamens.
The very large flowers are complemented by a vigorous growing plant that needs at least a square metre at maturity. It can be planted as a solitary plant or in larger groups.
A daring cross of lactiflora x officinalis x macrophylla by Prof. Saunders.
Registered in 1941.
