Peony 'Coral Fay'

Peony 'Coral Fay'

Description

Paeonia lactiflora 'Coral Fay'. Early semi-double flowers of a striking raspberry colour.

As most people visit the fields later in the flowering season, this peony often goes unnoticed. But I really like its bright colour, which does not fade, and its slender foliage, both due to its partial 'tenuifolia' parentage. This is also the reason for its need for a drier location. This delicately pollen-scented beauty needs no support.
