Peony 'Candy Cane'

Peony 'Candy Cane'

Description

Paeonia Itoh 'Candy Cane'. The delicate apricot flowers sit elegantly above the dark green, tree peony-like foliage. The foliage maintains its healthy, crisp appearance until the first frost. The semi-double to occasionally double flowers are delicately scented, and several buds per stem extend the flowering season. This rare, attractive and floriferous variety, selected by Don Smith, is self-supporting.

Registered in 2004.
