Peony Yankee Doodle Dandy

Peony Yankee Doodle Dandy

Description

Paeonia Itoh "Yankee Doodle Dandy". An intersectional hybrid peony rarely offered. The large deep pink flowers evolve into shades of cream with a reflection of plum.

This plant offers a rich palette of colour tones throughout its long flowering period. The softly fragrant flowers are semi-double, but occasionally double flowers are on offer. Flowers size, height, foliage and sturdy multi-bud stems form a harmonious entity; a landscape plant par excellence.

Registered in 2002.
