Paeonia herbaceous hybride "Roselette" is a very early flowering variety. Its shiny burgundy foliage appears early spring and displays an abundance of promising buds. It is a higher variety that surpasses the others and catches your eye from the very start.
The large flowers are softly scented and show an abundance of pollen-laden stamens to charm the bees. The pink flowers are as large as a saucer and the broad, olive-green foliage fits perfectly. Some side buds extend the flowering season.
Registered with the American Peony Society in 1950.
