Paeonia lactiflora "Whopper".
A gorgeous bomb shaped flower, different shades of pink petals forms a sphere on top of bright pink coloured guard petals. As the name suggests it is a strong grower, with healthy green foliage, stout stems and extra large flowers. A very late bloomer and impressive addition to extend the flowering season of your peonies. Some form of support is recommended. Lovely fragrance.
Registered in 1980.
