Peony Magenta Gem

Description

Paeonia lactiflora "Magenta Gem". A heart of stamens and red-tipped stigmas is surrounded by a double row of wavy hot pink petals.

Several buds per stem prolong the flowering season. Seed pods appear in summer and can be left to ripen on mature plants.  A prolific pollen bearer and a gem for any size garden.

Registered in 1995.
