Peony Lady Alexandra Duff

Peony 'Lady Alexandra Duff'

Description

Paeonia lactiflora 'Lady Alexander Duff'. Loose double flowers of various shades of pink fading to white when open. The lateral flowers are semi-double and when used as a cut flower, the side buds can be removed to produce a very large and splendid double flower. With a little support, this gently fragrant cut flower is also an ideal addition to the cottage garden. Like the lady for whom it is named, it is a charming and graceful plant.

Registered in 1902.
