Peony 'Sandra Marie'

Description

Paeonia herbaceous hybrid 'Sandra Marie'. A rare Don Hollingsworth variety. Several rows of mother of pearl coloured petals surround a tuft of stamens, the perfect semi-double peony. An ideal variety for extending the flowering season of your peony border with a late-flowering landscape variety that needs no support. The sweetly scented flowers appear just above the dark green glossy foliage, creating the perfect picture.

Registered in 1998.

A cross between P. 'Nippon Gold' x P. 'Cytherea'.
